Comprehensible Japanese is a leveled, all-Japanese video library. The live site is now branded Natural Japanese at nijapanese.com. cijapanese.com redirects there.
In 2026 the founder, Yuki, left the project and now publishes separately at nihongo-jikan.com. This profile is the Natural Japanese library, not Yuki’s new site, and Study Japanese 101 does not operate either one.
Who it fits
It fits learners who will pick one level of spoken Japanese and watch it often. The YouTube channel still hosts a large catalog. The site adds search, watch-time tracking, and membership extras.
Limits
It is not a grammar reference. English notes are not the product. If you need a short beginner podcast, Nihongo con Teppei is a lighter daily habit.
