Choose a retrieval layer or a course

With Bunpro, the usual story is that a grammar note already made sense. The construction still does not appear when a new sentence asks for it. Fill-in reviews, alternate-answer lists, Ghost reviews after mistakes, and a review forecast are built for that gap.

Bunpro also offers WaniKani-aware furigana and vocabulary integration, including marking equivalent burned items known. That pairing is coherent. It is also two review queues. Pace lessons in only one system until the daily load is clear. The SRS workload simulator shows how new items become later reviews. It is not Bunpro’s scheduler.

Choose Bunpro when you will keep a textbook, reading, or listening source beside it. Look elsewhere if you want the app to be the whole Japanese course.
