Migii JLPT

Migii JLPT is a test-prep app from Language Skills Studio / EUP. The product site and store listings cover JLPT N5 through N1 with mock tests, mini-tests, skill drills, answer explanations, listening audio with transcripts, and a study roadmap.

The job is exam repetition on a phone or browser. It is not a first Japanese course.

What the free and paid tiers actually unlock

The official upgrade page, checked 1 Sep 2026, compares a free package with MIGII PREMIUM. Free lists 10 “test like real exam (JLPT - NAT)” items, 2,000 exercises, and one device. Premium lists 180 of those tests, 10,000 exercises, three devices, offline use, ad removal, and unlocked roadmaps.

App Store in-app purchases, checked the same day, include 3-month, 12-month, and lifetime options. Listed prices move with storefront and promotion. Confirm the current SKU on the store before paying.

Try the free mocks first. If you will not sit timed tests and read the explanations, premium will not change the outcome.

Limits

Migii is not the Japan Foundation or JEES. Its questions, “pass point” labels, vocabulary/grammar/kanji lists, and in-app certificate are product features. They are not official Test Content Specifications, scaled scores, or the official Certificate of Proficiency.

The store copy also markets score-increase claims. This profile does not repeat them. Required study time varies, and the official test uses scaled scores with overall and sectional pass marks.

Start with official sample questions so you know the real item types. Keep grammar, kanji, and listening study on the grammar, kanji, and listening hubs. For the role map, use JLPT study resources. For a calendar split of hours you already have, use the JLPT study planner.
